Publishing Assistance

1. Purchase the publishing assistance service by selecting the platform you prefer and the type of appointment you think would work best for you. 
2. We'll reach out to you to schedule an appointment.
3. During the call, we'll walk you through the file upload process one step at a time. This session normally takes around 30 minutes (if you've properly prepared for it!), but you'll have up to an hour (for phone or video calls) / 90 minutes (for in-person meetings). 
4. Once your files have been uploaded, we'll be standing by until they are accepted for publication by your platform of choice. This can be anywhere from a few hours to a few days depending upon the platform, the format of your book, and the size of your book. This service includes up to 30 days of digital (phone and email) technical support (beginning the day that the files are first uploaded) so that you can call, text, or email and get timely assistance with whatever error messages, questions, or other issues you may have related to the uploading of your project's files. 
5. If you need to reupload the piece after making adjustments recommended by your platform, we will guide you via phone through how to do that and help you reupload the documents. This can be done up to three additional times (for a total of four upload attempts) without incurring additional charges. 
6. Once your book is live for sale on the market, let us know so we can announce it to our network of readers and writers! 

Timeline: Generally, about 30 minutes.

Please make sure you have a strong Internet connection, a functioning computer, an account on the platform of your choice, and your fully edited and formatted files ready and waiting before the appointment begins. The appointment will be ended after 60 minutes (phone calls and video calls) or 90 minutes (in-person meetings) regardless of where you are along the process, unless you purchase and schedule additional time.
