Outline Creation

Got an idea banging around in your head? Having someone solidify those ideas into a concrete plan can be a big stress-reliever and time-saver for you as an author. Outlines are flexible, living documents. So, even though you'll get something to start with, don't be afraid to make adjustments over time as new ideas come to you.

Outline Creation

1. You submit any notes, sketches, audio files, or other items that help reflect your idea.
2. We set up a time to speak with you about the idea via phone to ask questions and get clarification.
3. We complete the Five Ps of Premise Prep based on your idea.
4. We submit the Five P's to you for review.
5. You reply with an approval or a list of desired adjustments.
6. We create the outline for you book as a list of 25 to 35 bullet points.
7. We submit the outline to you.
8. You use the outline to begin writing the first draft of your piece.

Timeline: Generally 1 to 2 weeks, though this can change based on multiple variables (such as how long it takes to schedule the call, office holidays, how long your payment takes to be finalized, etc.).
